To access most features of Perfect Day, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period with prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and post on Perfect Day, including travel posts, itineraries, photos, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). Perfect Day does not claim ownership over your User Content.
By posting User Content on Perfect Day, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing our Services. This includes displaying your content to other users and featuring it in promotional materials with appropriate attribution.
This license ends when you delete your User Content or close your account, except to the extent your content has been shared by others or is required for legal purposes.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree that your content will not:
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our community. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when we remove your content.
Perfect Day uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized itineraries, dining recommendations, and travel suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
Perfect Day enables users to send voluntary gratuities ("tips") to content creators. Tips are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. By sending a tip, you authorize Perfect Day to charge the specified amount plus any applicable platform fee to your payment method.
Perfect Day charges a platform service fee on tips processed through our Services. The current fee is disclosed at the time of each transaction. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Tips are voluntary gratuities and are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a tip was made in error or due to fraudulent activity, please contact us at admin@perfectdayglobal.com within 48 hours and we will review your request.
Creators who receive tips must maintain a valid Stripe Connected Account. Payout terms, timelines, and any applicable Stripe fees are governed by the Creator Agreement and Stripe's terms of service.
Bookings made through Perfect Day's integrated third-party services (restaurants, experiences, etc.) are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of those third-party providers. Perfect Day is not responsible for third-party booking terms.

The Perfect Day name, logo, design, software, and all content we create (excluding User Content) are owned by Perfect Day LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on Perfect Day infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@perfectdayglobal.com with a description of the alleged infringement.
Perfect Day integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Google Maps, OpenAI, and various booking platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of third-party services.
Perfect Day is a lifestyle recommendation platform, not a licensed travel agent, financial advisor, or professional services provider. Nothing in our Services constitutes professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Day LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Perfect Day in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perfect Day LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or by contacting us at admin@perfectdayglobal.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the safety of our community. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.
Sections 4.1, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
For users in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable local law, and you may also have the right to bring claims before your local courts.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@perfectdayglobal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
