To receive tips and payouts, you must create and maintain a valid Stripe Connected Account through Perfect Day's onboarding flow. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy govern your use of their payment services. By creating a Stripe Connected Account, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to this Agreement.
Stripe requires identity verification as part of their Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You must provide accurate and complete information including:
When completing your Stripe Connected Account, we recommend describing your activity as follows:
Your industry/MCC code should be 7299 (Miscellaneous Personal Services) or as otherwise directed during onboarding. Your website field should include your Perfect Day profile URL.
Tips are voluntary gratuities sent by Perfect Day users to creators whose content they appreciate. Tips are not a guaranteed income and are entirely at the discretion of the user sending them. Perfect Day does not guarantee any minimum tip income.
Perfect Day charges a platform service fee on each tip transaction. The fee structure is as follows:

The current platform fee percentage is disclosed within the app at the time of each transaction. We will provide 30 days' notice of any changes to our fee structure via email to your registered address.
Stripe charges standard payment processing fees on each transaction, which are separate from Perfect Day's platform fee. Current Stripe fees are available at stripe.com/pricing.
Payouts are processed according to Stripe's standard payout schedule, which varies by country and account type. Typical payout timelines are 2–7 business days after a transaction settles. You can view your balance and payout schedule in your connected Stripe dashboard.
Payouts are subject to any minimum balance thresholds established by Stripe for your account type and country. Perfect Day does not impose additional minimums beyond Stripe's requirements.
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations in connection with income received through Perfect Day. Tips and other creator income may be subject to income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, or other taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
Perfect Day and Stripe may issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099-K in the United States) for qualifying creators based on applicable thresholds. You are responsible for providing accurate tax information to Stripe during onboarding and for updating it if your information changes.
If you are based outside the United States, you may be required to complete a W-8 form (such as W-8BEN) and comply with your local tax laws regarding income from foreign sources. Perfect Day recommends consulting a local tax professional if you are uncertain about your obligations.
As a Creator, you must not:
You retain ownership of all original content you create and post as a Creator. By posting content on Perfect Day, you grant us the license described in our Terms of Service, which includes the right to display, promote, and feature your content across our platform and marketing materials with appropriate attribution to you.
You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post the content on Perfect Day.
If you receive any form of compensation (monetary, gifts, free meals, accommodations, or other benefits) from a business in exchange for posting content about them on Perfect Day, you must clearly disclose this relationship within the post. Failure to disclose paid or sponsored relationships is a violation of this Agreement and may violate applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

You may disable creator monetization on your account at any time through your account settings. Any pending payouts at the time of disabling will be processed on the next regular payout cycle. Disabling monetization does not delete your content or close your Perfect Day account.
We may suspend or terminate your creator status immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:
Upon termination of creator status, any accrued but unpaid tips will be handled in accordance with Stripe's policies. Perfect Day may withhold payouts pending investigation of policy violations.
By agreeing to this Creator Agreement, you represent and warrant that:
You are an independent creator, not an employee, contractor, agent, or partner of Perfect Day. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and Perfect Day. You are solely responsible for your content, your actions, and your tax and legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Day's liability to you as a Creator is limited to the amounts paid to you in platform fees in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for income you expected to earn but did not, or for losses caused by Stripe payment processing issues, platform downtime, or changes to our fee structure with appropriate notice.
We may update this Creator Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued participation as a creator after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved as described in our Terms of Service.
